# Productbay Connect

> Headless channel integrations for teams that keep their own product data system (in-house PIM, AI PIM, ERP or database). One REST API (https://connect.productbay.ai/v1) and one MCP server (https://connect.productbay.ai/mcp) to define a product schema, write products and variants, map fields per channel, add channel hooks and push to Shopify, Amazon (SP-API), eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Shopware 6. 49 € per connected channel per month (excl. VAT), unlimited requests and products.

- REST: base URL `https://connect.productbay.ai/v1`, header `Authorization: Bearer pbc_live_…`, JSON bodies.
- MCP: Streamable HTTP at `https://connect.productbay.ai/mcp`. OAuth for Claude.ai and ChatGPT custom connectors; header auth (`Authorization: Bearer pbc_live_…`) for Claude Code, Claude Desktop and any MCP client.
- Every mutating MCP tool uses plan → confirm: the first call returns a plan, the change runs only on a second call with `confirm: true`. Always show the plan to the user and wait for approval.
- Channels: Shopify, Amazon SP-API, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop (OAuth), Shopware 6 (integration credentials). Custom integrations for any API: coming soon.
- Pricing: 49 € per active channel per month, excl. VAT. Unlimited API and MCP requests, products, variants and attributes. Stripe billing, prorated, cancel anytime.
